Arab countries led by Saudi Arabia in the Gulf region treat Israel as their ally against Iran. It's just political interest. Most Sunni governments that see Saudi Arabia and Israel as the only forces that can hold Iran at this point support it. This is only temporary and once there is a change in the regime they can become hostile again.
As for your part of the world (Indonesia, Malaysia, etc), you can be sure, no Israeli is losing sleep over them, and couldn't care less if they wish to recognize Israel or not.
Indonesia and Malaysia support the Palestinians because of their sympathy. There are pro-Israelis in Malaysia and Indonesia but not much. Pro-Israel from Malaysians and Indonesians are usually Christians, non Muslims, and a handful of Jews.
What the hell do you think UNR 181 in 1947, 2000 Camp David with President Clinton and later with GWB, 2008 proposal from then PM Ehud Olmert was all about? exactly that - two-state Solution.
In all of them, it was the late Arabfart, then Abu Mazen who rejected all. Their demand? - with a population of 6m Jews and 2.5m Arab-Muslims, Israel will absorb 5.5m of THEIR citizens who are deliberately kept in refugee camps.
Their objective is not to live in peace & mutual respect, rather destroy Israel though population imbalance - use Israel's own democracy to destroy its democracy - eventually squeeze the Jews out of their country.
The Oslo agreement implies a two-state solution to the conflict between Israel and Palestine. After the Treaty of Oslo was signed, Palestinian support for the settlement of two states was very high. The agreement, and the peace process set, changed the psychological environment in Palestine. But the cause of one of Oslo's biggest failures is its inability to halt Israeli settlements, confiscation of Palestinian land, demolition of Palestinian homes, and building of Jewish settlements, causing the Palestinians to doubt whether they have a partner for peace. They believe that Israel’s long-term aspiration is not to make peace but to annex Palestinian land, eventually expelling the Palestinians, or at the very least denying them their civil and political rights. Today, almost all Israeli Jews believe that the expansion of the settlement makes the two countries' solutions impractical and they do not see the solution of the two countries as the only way to peace as well as liberating the people of Palestine.
Keep dreaming. Those days where Muslims could persecute, loot, rape and denigrate defenseless Jews are long gone. Now we live in a new paradigm, and Jews are on top, not Muslims.
Israel's true enemies are Russia. Egypt, Church of Rome, Spain, European White Christians, and Nazi Germany. The Zionist Jews would surely revenge them after the arrival of the Military Messiah.
