Muslim prayer rooms for footballers.

Muslim prayer rooms for footballers.

Postby sum » Tue May 08, 2012 8:32 am

It was mentioned in the media that the manager of the Newcastle football team is suggesting that there should be a prayer room for the team`s muslim footballers! Does he not realise that he is setting a precedent and furthering the inroads of Islam into the fabric of society? Muslims can postpone their prayers and so there is no need for prayer rooms other than for establishing further inroads of Islam into society.

I hadn't seen this, but I'm not surprised, given that the Aussie Rules clubs in Australia are now being compelled to set up "prayer rooms" - sorry - mosques.

Pele is not a muslim.

Neither is Neil Armstrong.

How insecure are Muslims in their faith. They have to boast about anything they managed to do.
Childish behavioral.

What are they doing playing football at all? Not only wearing seriously un-Islamic dress but in grave danger of being hugged and kissed by other men if they do it too well. :D

Pele comes SECOND? Are you kidding yourself?? Zidane is a very average player. I have no clue why they even awarded him with footballer of the year award.

Pele won 3 world cups true that. I do respect Pele but he is overated because at his time, there werent many good soccer players as at the time of Zidane.
Zidane's role was to make the game better for his team. While Pele his role was to score. look what Zidane did to Real Madrid.

Its debateble But Zidane is on the top 3, according to me nr 1.

Muslims have not contributed anything to the world civilization. So only thing they can do is to boast about minor achievement by a Muslim. PLus Zidan lives in France. If he were living in any Muslim country, you would not have heard about him. He would be nobody.

It is the generosity and the sense of fairness of the French which allows Zidane to succeed. Instead of giving credit to the French who treat him like one of their own, you brag! Pity! The French treat Zidane as an equal irrespective of his religion. That makes French as real human beings. On the contrary, Muslims are only concerned about religion. That's why non-Muslims are treated very badly in Muslim countries. That is the major reason, why Muslims are the most backward and the least educated. For Muslims religion is more important than humanity. Humanity is the only true religion, Islam is false.

When would Muslims learn to treat non-Muslims as equals?

I agree with RAM. If not for the western world , Zinedane Zidane might have become a waistbomb wearin suicidal terrorizing terrorist. hey afterall, there is a 90% chance for any mohammedans to become a bomber. All they need to remind themselves that , their god will have a better place for MohamMutt everytime his followers carries his deeds and deen. All and everything for MohaMutt.

Pele would have kicked arse even further. :D

Cheers.

This is an absurd question. Whether I am athiest or not is not the issue. The issue is how Muslims are treated in non-Muslim countries and how Muslims treat their non-Muslim citizens. As a typical Muslim, you are not willing to deal with the inhumanity of Muslims towards their Christian citizens.

Please answer, I am asking the same question the 3rd time: Why there is no freedom of religion in Muslim countries? No Muslim have answered that question. I have asked the same simple question about 100 times, but no Muslim dare deal with it. Is it because Muslims are so afraid that they will lose faith in Islam?

The belief in God does not make you a better human being. Ayatollah Khomeini was a good man? He believed in God.

Ayotollah Khomeini worshippped satan, just like Ghaith does

I doubt that Ghaith considers Khomeini to be a good man. Ghaith, being a sunni, would most likely consider a shia like Khomeini to be a heretic, and want him dead.

Remember, shias & sunnis hate each other more than they hate us infidels.
