Islamic Logic

1. The infidels steal candy from children. Therefore it is okay for me to steal candy from children.

2. People used to eat dirt a lot, so that means eating dirt is not wrong.

3. 10,000 people who say donkeys can fly can't be wrong.

4. My Imam said Barney is a real dinosaur. Therefore Barney exists.

5. The Americans said Barney is just a TV character. Therefore Barney exists (because infidels tell lies).

6. I stopped responding to the debate. Therefore I have proven that you are wrong about Biology.

7. I feel respected when people call me stupid(reverse logic).

8. I AM RIGHT I AM RIGHT I AM RIGHT I AM RIGHT I AM RIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!Therefore I am right.

9. La la la la la...oh sorry I wasn't really listening to what you said. Anyway I am right.

10. You look like a cow, which means I am right.

11. We believe in A. Some infidels believe in A too. Therefore A exists.

12. Bring me the C4. Time to meet the virgins!

13. We are peaceful people. Therefore it is ok to kill peaceful infidels.

14. If you do an irresponsible act and draw a picture of Mohammed, I can also do an irresponsible act and burn down your house.

15. If you were born on a flat island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, you have to be a Muslim, because Big Sultan said so.

16. My life is terrible, and it's all because American women wear shorts. It has nothing to do with me enthusiastically following a religion that regulates everything, including my bowel movements, by 7th century standards.

lol! It may sound easy to write what you did but it isn't so. It really takes some understanding of the Muslim mentality and it's unfortunately what I have also experienced whenever I have talked with a Muslim about Islam. It's very frustrating because you end up banging your head against a brick wall and although I laughed, there are times when my frustration level reached unbearable heights because these Muslims who were willing to talk about their religion were not willing to make sense.
At the same time, I really feel that Islam needs to have proper thinkers prepared to discuss their beliefs as logically as possible. Just where are they? Certainly not on YouTube, that's for certain. Unfortunately the problem with Islam is that it forces Muslims to believe that questioning is wrong.

Yet questioning and respecting the rules of basic reasoning would help everyday Muslims get the real picture as to what Islam actually preaches. I can share the joke while at the same time I am concerned about the everyday Muslim who follows Islam blindly as is the case for most, at least in this country, if only because of lack of basic education. I'm leaving aside extremists right now. But while I'm thinking about the everyday Muslim, I am also aware that most can switch in the space of a few seconds into a completely different person, a threatening 'superman/woman' who manifests itself out of the blue and doesn't even seem to notice the switch and so makes you feel as if you are accusing them of something unreasonable. I see Muslim teenagers growing up, facing similar problems to those of Western teenagers, of course, behaving in a similar way until they get a little older and Islam gets a little further engraved into them until they are really brainwashed. By definition, you can't escape from Islam in an Islamic country (I'm talking about natives mostly and of course some do escape but this takes a lot of courage) it is drummed into you from the calling of the mosque to every corner of society. The number of tapes playing the Qu'ran on full blast in many shops, the loudspeakers on every street corner (as well as those automatically set-up wherever there is a church), the veiled women passing by, taking 'modesty' in too physical a view, the lack of basic communication since a man and a woman are not supposed to make much eye contact, there are so many rules, no wonder people go insane when they drive and follow no rule except that of the jungle.
It is tough in Egypt for non Muslims. I have the uttermost respect for the Copts and what they endure without complaining. In the same way that I'm not talking about Muslim extremists here, I am not talking about the fact that some Copts have to endure torture or death. I'm talking about every day life, having to greet the Muslim way, having to keep a low profile, seeing the guards posted by every church to avoid a possible bombing, feeling and BEING second class 'citizens' ( a somewhat inappropriate word to use ), having to adapt your discourse when you talk to a Muslim, as well as the usual petty victimization, the remarks about how Christians smell, how they are dirty, backwards, stupid, and the like. The Copts are the real Egyptians after all, and they keep going, they keep their smiles, they know that they cannot exercise every profession because some are reserved for Muslims and that for every job, it's most likely going to take much more of an effort for them to get it. That's the problem with Islam in every day life on an uneventful day when Muslims do not feel threatened. Do you think Muslims would notice? Of course not. You are either a Muslim or nothing. I chose to become nothing.

How very very true each and every point. One you might like to add is.

The Qu'oran tells us it is OK to lie in defense of or in order to propagate Islam. We therefore lie all the time in fact lying is as much a part of Islam as breathing. All Kaffirs must lie too because we are better than them and we lie so it is OK to lie to them also.
Does a God create you simply to punish you in Hellfire well PREDESTINATING evil, illogical, sadistic allah DOES.

THE GREATEST AND NOBLEST OF ISLAMIC LOGICS

"9 YEAR IS A PERFECT AGE FOR MARRIAGE"

"THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HAVING SEX WITH SLAVES BECAUSE SLAVERY WAS NEEDED TO SATISFY THE ARAB PAGANS (THE MOST SICK LOGIC I EVER HEARD)"

"JIHAD IS INNER STRUGGLE"

"POLYGAMY IS ESSENTIAL BECAUSE THE NUMBER OF WOMEN IN THE WORLD IS GREATER THAN MEN"
Your beliefs become Your thoughts, Your thoughts become Your words, Your words become Your actions, Your actions become Your habits, Your habits are YOU.

Re: Islamic Logics

Postby emma67 » Tue Nov 03, 2009 3:47 pm

I was told a real story today. An imam knocked on someone's door and told the Muslim people who opened their door that there was a lot of gold coins buried on their land but that the gold was guarded by an evil spirit or something along similar lines. So the imam explained that the only way for them to get to the gold and counter the bad spirit was for him to have sex with....their young daughter! (Anybody sees any logic there?)
The Muslim parents talked to their daughter and I don't know the details except that the imam did had sex with her.
As to the gold, it was indeed found (we could go into the reasons why this gold was here, from satan to knowledge of a previous owner burying gold, each to their own).

These people are now of course fairly rich. As to their daughter, she suffers from very severe psychological problems, she's become insane and the parents are constantly fighting because of this.

So remember, if you want to be rich, make sure that an imam has sex with your daughter, why not your son, who cares, right?
Remember also that money matters more than every else, never mind our kids, they are simply around for us to feel better, so that they can cater for our needs when we get older, so that they can work for us instead of going to school. Isn't it a privilege to let them have sex with an imam? After all, it's in agreement with Mohamad and perfectly logical in this respect.

I feel...SICK!!!
