Rifle-carrying trans Muslim Antifa arrested at riot in Phoenix

Image

A transsexual Muslim militant Antifa was arrested again at a violent far-left protest in Phoenix last Saturday.

35-year-old Britney Erica Austin, formerly Eric Austin, was among 18 individuals arrested in downtown Phoenix at a violent anti-police protest. Austin was covered head-to-toe at the time in a black abaya, or women’s Islamic robe, and a burka.

Protesters shut down traffic and Phoenix Police say the group of rioters hurled incendiary devices at responding officers. Austin was carrying a semi-automatic rifle at the time. Police declared an unlawful assembly and fired impact munitions.

Austin was taken into custody on charges of felony first-degree hindering prosecution, felony riot and unlawful assembly. She’s been arrested at least a half-dozen times related to far-left protests in Arizona. Austin did not respond to a request for comment but has published social media posts about her most recent arrest.

“There were multiple trans and gender non-conforming folx who were repeatedly and intentionally misgendered, disrespected, dehumanized, and violated throughout the process including me,” Austin wrote on Facebook. “I was also subjected to intentional and gender-based Islamophobia and retaliation for asserting my legal rights.”

Austin alleges she was body-searched by a male officer and in the presence of other men, which she says is a violation of her Islamic beliefs. :heh:

Austin, a Muslim convert who also goes by the name “Sumayyah Dawud,” has a long history of far-left activism in the Phoenix area. She attends protests frequently where she can be seen carrying a semi-automatic rifle and symbols of antifa. In July, she put out a call on social media for people to attend a Phoenix direct action organized in “solidarity” with Portland antifa group, the Youth Liberation Front. Several cities experienced simultaneous violent rioting that night on July 25.

Image
Britney Austin (left) was armed at a Black Lives Matter rally in August

Before her more recent involvement in Antifa protests and riots, she engaged in lawfare activism. In 2011, she sued her employer, a check-printing and financial-services company, for sex discrimination on allegations that they were not supportive of her transition and did not allow her to use the women’s restroom. Phoenix for Deluxe settled the lawsuit for $115,000.

Then in 2015 she tried to sue the Phoenix Police Department on an allegation of religious discrimination when she was photographed without her burqa for a booking photo. She was initially represented by the local chapter of the fundamentalist Muslim legal organization, the Council on American and Islamic Relations, or CAIR, but it dropped her after finding out she is transsexual. :*)

Transgender Muslim Britney Erica Austin says it was discrimination for her to be photographed showing her hair at a 2014 arrest.

Also in 2015, Austin made the news again after she was kicked out of the women’s section of the Islamic Community Center of Tempe following complaints from Muslim women. She was allegedly told by the mosque that she would only be allowed back if she dressed and prayed as a man if she could not prove she was biologically female.

“The Islamism of Muslim radicals and the ‘wokeism’ of Antifa agitators are twin ideologies born from the same source: the cult of extremism,” Muslim journalist Asra Nomani tells The Post Millennial in an email. Nomani has spent more than a decade reporting on Islamic fundamentalism and its intersection with leftist politics. “Since the Sept. 11 hijackings, radical Muslims have seized upon the racial politics that Antifa exploit today, and extremists in both groups work together to further their joint mission of stoking division and hate. This hybrid of identities manifests in a person like Britney Austin.”

Last year, Austin was arrested for disorderly conduct at a Tempe City Council meeting in which one protester was accused of aggravated assault on a police officer. Last month, Austin showed up armed with an AR-15, a pistol and hunting knife to counter a conservative pro-police rally in Gilbert, Ariz.

Austin and the others arrested last weekend have their next court date on Oct. 26.

Destroy the culture, demoralize, destabilise society by any means necessary.

Anything will do, no matter how stupid or immoral it is.

BTW, BLM is now called Black Liberation Movement. A name change only, but not the Marxist goal.

Black Lives Matter Leader Demands Biden Follow BLM Agenda

“We want something for our vote.”

Black Lives Matter leader Patrisse Cullors has demanded a meeting with Joe Biden, asserting that if Biden is elected president he must ‘prioritize’ the BLM agenda.

“Without the resounding support of Black people, we would be saddled with a very different electoral outcome. In short, Black people won this election,” wrote Cullors, despite the fact that BLM didn’t explicitly endorse any candidate.

Demanding a meeting with Biden to “discuss the expectations that we have for your administration and the commitments that must be made to Black people,” Cullors made it clear that BLM wouldn’t take no for an answer when it comes to giving them influence within a Biden administration.

“We want something for our vote,” wrote Cullors, adding, “We want to be heard and our agenda to be prioritized.”

Claiming that the United States was built on the “subjugation” of black people, the far-left activist demanded a “well-thought out, community-driven, fully resourced agenda that addresses the particular challenges faced by Black people.”

Only after they noticed it had started to hurt them in the polls did the Democratic Party denounce BLM-orchestrated rioting and looting that had been tearing U.S. cities apart for months in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd.

As has been pointed out many times before, BLM’s agenda isn’t merely “justice” for black people, it’s the systematic destruction of capitalism and the western way of life.

Cullors herself has repeatedly cited her inspiration as none other than Assata Shakur, a convicted cop killer who is on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Terrorists’ list.

She was also the protégé of communist-supporting domestic terrorist Eric Mann.

If Biden does take the White House and cave to the Black Lives Matter agenda, he will be sacrificing America in the process.

Holocaust Museum opens exhibition about the killing of George Floyd

The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center in Florida, which educates about the extermination of six million Jews, is hosting an exhibit about the murder in Minneapolis.

The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center in Florida, established to educate future generations about the Nazi extermination of six million Jews during the Second World War, is housing a collection of 45 photographs of individuals reacting to killing of Mr Floyd, the African American choked to death by white police officer in Minneapolis earlier this year.

The exhibition is entitled Uprooting Prejudice: Faces of Change, and features images by Minneapolisphotographer John Noltner. One portrait features the father of Michael Brown Jr, who was shot dead by a policeman in Missouri in 2014.

Lisa Bachman, assistant director of the Holocaust Center, said: “We have produced this so that people can come and look these individuals in the eye. So you come face to face with people, so you can really experience the feelings that they were feeling.”

Noltner said: “When George Floyd was killed that happened 11.6 miles north of my house and I knew with the piece of my mind’s goal being to hear voices that aren’t always heard as well as they should be. I knew that I wanted to go to that site.”

Black Lives Matter PAC to Raise $500K to Boost Democrats Raphael Warnock, Jon Ossoff

Black Lives Matter PAC hopes to raise half a million dollars to boost Georgia Senate Democrat candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, according to a report released on Thursday.

The Black Lives Matter PAC wrote in an email to supporters:
  • We know how important this election is going to be in determining what decisions will be made in the Senate for the next few years — decisions that will impact us directly, like access to quality and affordable health care, reforming the criminal justice system, all the way to major electoral reform like passing the BREATHE Act.
The Georgia Senate runoffs in January will determine whether Democrats will gain control of the Senate majority. If Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Perdue (R-GA) lose to Warnock and Ossoff, then Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) would become the tiebreaking vote in the Senate should she be formally elected vice president.

Black Lives Matter supporters hope to pass the BREATHE Act, which would shut down and defund several federal agencies and close prisons as well as immigration detention centers.

The report follows as President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that he would campaign in Georgia to help Loeffler and Perdue win in January.

Georgia GOP spokeswoman Abigail Sigler said in a statement Friday that Warnock and Ossoff would continue to enable defunding the police and other extreme leftist measures, while Loeffler and Perdue would defend Georgia law enforcement.

Sigler said:
  • Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock have already endorsed defunding the police and continue to accept support from far-left activists who will throw our country into chaos. Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler have made it clear they will stand with law enforcement and ensure they have the resources they need to keep our communities safe.
She added, “Georgians deserve to know if Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock support BLM PAC’s extreme agenda, including the radical BREATHE Act.”

Antifa blocks Seattle police from responding to emergencies with snow barrier

Image

In the video, a police vehicle is seen rolling back backwards after attempting to drive over the barrier.

Another video of the incident posted by journalist Andy Ngo shows the protesters cheering as the vehicle fails to make it over the snow barrier.

A full 15-minute long incident, posted by user "seattleblmfairy", shows a crowd of roughly a dozen demonstrators interacting with Seattle police.

One demonstrator says they are "just having a friendly snowball fight here at the EastPrecinct" while another can be heard saying the "cops are being aggressive and violating people's rights" as officers begin moving the group away from the blocked exit and proceed to start shoveling away the obstruction.

One officer tells the group that they "cannot block police from exiting a police vehicle precinct" before another begins to push a protester back in an effort to move them away from the snow barrier. The officer is immediately met with two other protesters saying "stop touching her" and "we're literally not blocking your building."

At one point, another individual on crutches crumbles up a small piece of snow up close to an officer's bodycam. The officer does not react.

After a few minutes of shouting back and forth between police and protesters, chants of "peaceful protest" breakout. Officers then proceed to push the individual on crutches back before a small scuffle momentarily breaks out.

In another exchange a few minutes later, one officer asks a protester if they would like a sticker: "You seem a little angry and sad, usually stickers make people feel better," the officer says. The individual replies: "I'm not sad; am I angry? Yes."

The obstruction is later cleared, and police head back inside the precinct as protesters continue to shout at them and throw snowballs.

BLM group raked in $90MILLION in donations last year: Leaders disclose finances for the first time - but angry local chapters say they are not being given any of the money

Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation has revealed its finances for the first time, noting that the group raked in $90million in donations last year.

The nonprofit has shared its financial snapshot exclusively with The Associated Press amid accusations from local chapters that they are not being given any of the money.

But the fight is far from over for the foundation, widely seen as a steward of the Black Lives Matter movement, with only one BLM group in Denver having signed a multi-year agreement with the national association to receive funds.

Last year, the foundation's expenses were approximately $8.4million - that includes staffing, operating and administrative costs, along with activities such as civic engagement, rapid response and crisis intervention.

Trial Of Former Officer Derek Chauvin Set To Begin

Crowds of protesters brought the eyes of the nation back to Minnesota over the weekend as demonstrations took place in downtown Minneapolis, outside of the governor's home in St. Paul and at the Hennepin County Government Center, where the trial of former police officer Derek Chauvin is scheduled to begin Monday morning.

Chauvin stands accused of killing George Floyd and faces charges including second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter and possibly third-degree murder. In the eyes of racial justice advocates across the globe, the outcome of Chauvin's trial will serve as a bellwether for whether or not police who kill can be held accountable.

Jury selection for the trial is set to begin at 9 a.m. each day, starting Monday, a process that could take as long as three weeks.

Potential jurors will be questioned first by Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill and then by the attorneys — Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison on behalf of the state and Eric Nelson in Chauvin's defense.

The former officer was caught on video last May pinning his knee on the neck of Floyd for nearly 9 minutes as he laid on the pavement in handcuffs. Chauvin was arrested four days later and initially charged with second-degree manslaughter, capped at 10 years in prison, and third-degree murder, no more than 25 years.

Public outrage over the event grew in the days that followed, and Ellison — alleging that Chauvin had used an "unauthorized restraint technique" — added a second-degree murder charge, the former officer's most serious offense. It carries a prison sentence of no more than 40 years, but to get the charge to stick, the state will have to prove Chauvin killed Floyd.

"Winning a conviction will be hard. I say this not because I doubt our resources or our ability, in fact we're confident in what we're doing. But history does show that there are clear challenges here," Ellison told NPR.

Police officers are protected by so-called qualified immunity, a legal principle designed to protect government officials against lawsuits unless the individual violated a plaintiff's "clearly established" constitutional rights, according to Cornell Law School. The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020 passed the House last week, which would make it easier to prosecute police misconduct cases, NPR previously reported.

Last October, Cahill threw out Chauvin's third-degree murder charge, but a panel of appeals judges reversed the dismissal Friday. The panel argued Cahill hadn't followed precedent and ordered the judge to reconsider the charges. It's unclear whether or not the last-minute change will delay the proceedings.

Security in the city is at an all-time high. The government center where Chauvin will stand trial has been reinforced with concrete barricades and fencing topped with coils of razor wire. Thousands of National Guard troops have been deployed to the Twin Cities to help the police keep the peace. The trial is expected to trail into April.

Murders And Shootings Skyrocketed in Portland After George Floyd's Death and the Defunding of the Police

A staggering number of murders and shootings took place in Portland, Oregon, after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis touched off violent riots across America. Many of the most violent riots occurred in Portland, and with police resources stretched thin, lawlessness increased exponentially across the city. The correlation could not be more clear—after Floyd’s death, the “defund the police” movement sprung up under misplaced motivations of social justice, and many people died unnecessarily. Floyd’s death, over Memorial Day weekend in 2020, created a clear demarcation after which murders and shootings skyrocketed in Portland.

Crime policy expert Sean Kennedy, a fellow at Maryland Public Policy Institute, crunched the numbers, based on Portland Police Bureau stats and media reports:
  • Since June 2020, there has been a 255% increase in murder in Portland through February 2021;
    Shootings up 173%—by 551;
Shootings increased 126% in 2020, and Year to Date have increased 93%.
The numbers are truly alarming. From January through April 2020, there were a total of three murders in Portland. Just in January and February 2021, we’ve already seen 20 murders. For the period of June 2020 through February 2021, 71 murders have occurred in Portland. That’s a staggering 255% increase over the same period one year prior.

Under Biden Administration, Feds Dismiss Dozens of Charges Against Portland Rioters
Shooting statistics tell another grim tale. In the period of June 2020 through February 2021, 870 shootings occurred in Portland. For the same period one year prior, Portland saw 319 shootings. That’s a 173% increase.

This is a crisis that the city of Portland and Multnomah County are not taking seriously.

Kennedy notes that 53 people were murdered through the end of 2020, after Floyd’s death and the subsequent push to defund the police. He told PJ Media, after compiling the numbers:

The lawlessness that Portland experienced this summer directly contributed to the subsequent and dramatic increase in violence—especially homicides. Portland’s political leaders, including Mayor Wheeler and Multnomah County DA Mike Schmidt’s contempt for law and order, disempowered and demoralized the police. The result is chaos and death. Over 50 Portlanders did not have to die but for the rhetoric and actions of local officials caving to the mob and attacking the police.

Law enforcement sources in Portland have repeatedly reported that they cannot respond to all violent crimes when the dual forces of defunding the police force and responding to nightly riots handcuff them. This crisis in police response times was highlighted in September when a home intruder locked a single father out of his home and held his 12-year old son hostage. The father called 911 and did not receive a response for over an hour and a half:
  • Henry Kirim had ducked out of his Southeast Portland apartment to search his car for a missing bank card when a strange man rushed into his ground-floor unit, closed the door and locked it.

    Kirim’s 12-year-old son remained inside.

Kirim fumbled for his house key, thankful he had it on the same ring as his car key, and raced to open his apartment door.

“I was so scared,” he said.

The next 10 minutes unfolded in a blur on Aug. 22. The stranger grabbed a kitchen knife. Kirim’s petrified son managed to dart out of the apartment. Kirim followed and started yelling for neighbors to help. When the man eventually fled, several residents gave chase and cornered him nearby.

It took police more than 90 minutes to arrive. Just before an officer finally appeared, the suspect ran off. More than a half-dozen calls had come into 911 over the course of the bizarre ordeal. But that apparently didn’t speed the response.
Maybe that has spurred Mayor Wheeler into action. He asked for a partial restoration of police funding last week, to the tune of $2 million:
  • The mayor of Portland, Oregon, announced Thursday he would seek $2 million in one-time funding for police, other agencies and outreach programs to try to stem rampant gun violence in the city.

The move by Mayor Ted Wheeler represents an about-face after city leaders in June voted to cut nearly $16 million from the police budget, reductions that included the elimination of a gun violence reduction unit. The cuts came amid racial justice protests following the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
It remains uncertain if the activists on the city council, such as Jo Ann Hardesty, will go along with the plan to try to rein in the violence in Portland.

Patrisse Khan-Cullors , BLM co-founder lives a good life.

Black people were not amused.
‘I see my money as not my own’: BLM co-founder defends growing hoard of fancy homes in mostly-white neighborhoods

Black Lives Matter’s chief and self-described “trained Marxist” Patrisse Khan-Cullors was forced to defend her real estate hoard on camera – by insisting that she sees her home in a well-off Los Angeles area as communal property.

“The way that I live my life is in direct support to black people, including my black family members,” Cullors defiantly told former CNN journalist Marc Lamont-Hill on Thursday as outcry over the gap between her stated ideals and her life reached a boiling point.

In a fantastic interview with @marclamonthill#patricecullors explains how her home ownership and income don’t betray her marxist principles. It’s all for her family.

Cullors also sent out a stream of defensive Instagram posts, insisting she did not receive a salary or benefits from Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation – while mentioning nothing about her handsome remuneration for her work as one of the figureheads of the Black Lives Matter movement, the healthy paychecks she has received from book and TV deals, or the speech fees she has pocketed over the last few years. She did not attempt to deny any of the allegations regarding her profligate spending, acknowledging she had “definitely made mistakes” without explaining what those mistakes were.

Cullors insisted her splashy spending was normal for “so many black folks who are able to invest in themselves and their community,” pointing out that “they choose to invest [their earnings] in their family and that’s what I’ve chosen to do.”

Cullors did not explain (and was not asked by Hill) why she had reportedly chosen to buy a $1.4 million home in Topanga Canyon, a tony enclave of Los Angeles where the population is 1.4% black – or why she apparently opted to buy it through a corporate entity instead of purchasing it directly. This is not Cullors’ only such purchase in LA, according to the media reports into her multi-million dollar purchases. In 2016, she snapped up a three-bedroom house in Inglewood, followed two years later with a four-bedroom pad in South Los Angeles. Along with spouse Janaya Khan, Cullors flew to Georgia last year to purchase a 3.2 acre “custom ranch” bursting with improbable amenities, including a private airplane hangar with a community runway and an ‘RV shop.’

Cullors and her spouse were also spotted last year in the Bahamas by an employee who reported they were eyeing a unit in The Albany, a 600-acre oceanside paradise that included a private marina and “designer golf course.” The snoop described it as a “fourth or fifth home,” extremely “high-end,” where “people are coming here for complete and total privacy.”

While Cullors couldn’t keep her spending private, she had some assistance from social media, which have been blocking the URL of a New York Post article about her real-estate binge posted on Tuesday. Attempts to link to the story on Facebook returned error messages “because this link goes against our Community Standards,” Newsweek confirmed. Black journalist Jason Whitlock was locked out of Twitter on Friday for similar reasons, deeming BLM “one of Big Tech’s sacred cows” and – in the offending tweet – joking that Cullors was “with her people” in lily-white Topanga Canyon.

Many on social media were sad but not surprised to see reports into Cullors’ riches, urging those in search of real change to keep separate the person and Black Lives Matter’s principles.

The deep-pocketed activist signed her TV deal with Warner Brothers in October, with BLM at the peak of its popularity (and purchasing power). She will be creating original programming, including scripted and unscripted series, along with animation, kids’ programming, and digital content. Her book “When They Call You a Terrorist” came out in 2016, though it’s unclear if the advance she received was large enough to buy a house.

Money and its distribution have proved to be a sticking point within the national BLM organization, as regional heads complain about seeming inequities and the co-founders’ disproportionate role in guiding the direction of the movement. Participants have not been shy about voicing their skepticism about the cash Cullors is throwing around – BLM Greater New York head Hawk Newsome has called for an investigation, pointing out the hypocrisy apparent between Cullors’ self-description as a socialist or Marxist and noting that her apparent conflicts of interest siphon trust away from the movement

Derek Chauvin his life is over. Can he survive in jail? And Biden can stop praying.
US President Joe Biden has said he is praying for the "right verdict" in the trial of Derek Chauvin, the Minneapolis ex-policeman accused of killing George Floyd last year.
Minneapolis jury finds ex-cop Derek Chauvin GUILTY on ALL CHARGES in death of George Floyd

Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty of killing George Floyd, an African-American man whose death touched off Black Lives Matter protests and riots across the US in 2020.

Chauvin was charged with second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter after Floyd died on May 25, during an attempt by six officers to arrest him for allegedly passing a counterfeit bill at a Minneapolis grocery store.

The jury found him guilty on all three counts on Tuesday afternoon.

Following the verdict, Chauvin’s bail was revoked and he was ordered back to jail. He was immediately taken into custody by Hennepin County sheriff’s deputies and led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

To be fair, he did his time for the offenses listed. He may have done other things only he knew about that legally warranted the death penalty. You can't sentence a man to death on conjecture. If we executed people on the spot for even minor financial fraud Wall Street would have every lamppost dangling strange fruit.

BLACK LIVES MATTER George Floyd Autonomous Zone Issues ‘Rules For White People’

Area begins to resemble a religious cult encampment.

The ‘George Floyd Autonomous Zone’ in Minneapolis has issued a list of ‘rules for white people’ that they have to abide by in order to enter the area.

The zone has popped up around the area that Floyd died and has come to resemble something akin to a religious cult encampment.

Apparently, baptisms, miracles and other spiritual events can be witnessed on a regular basis.

However, entering the area as a white person comes with potential risks if you make the mistake of behaving in a “problematic” manner.

All visitors are asked to wear face masks and act with “humility,” but a lengthier list of rules for white people explains how they will be treated differently.

Whites are asked to “decenter yourself,” which is a euphemism for a mandate to behave like second class citizens and keep quiet.

“Be mindful of whether your volume, pace and movements are supporting or undermining your efforts to decenter yourself,” states the advisory.

The patronizing tone continues with a demand to “contribute to the energy of the space, rather than drain it.”

The rules also state that white people should seriously consider whether taking photos is appropriate and to seek consent from anyone they photograph, despite the whole area being public.

The rules also encourage whites to intervene if they “witness white folks doing problematic things,” which presumably includes doing anything other than engaging in slavish worship for the 21st century deity that is George Floyd.

Black Lives Matter groups routinely issue demands of white people for their events, some of which enforce outright segregation.

As we highlighted last week, a group of Black Lives Matter protesters in Minneapolis were caught on camera telling a white liberal ally, “You’re white! You don’t belong!” before demanding that he leave the area.

Following the conviction of Derek Chauvin, BLM mobs also descended on diners in New York while telling white restaurant owners to “get the f**k out” of the city.”

Like being white! If they are not there already, hopefully some Islamists will soon infiltrate the zone and start making their presence felt. That'll be fun to watch! Soldiers of Allah, you have my permission to make your way to the autonomous zone and give these self-indulgent pampered white middle-class leftist cretins a lesson in Islam they won't forget - particularly the addled-brained feminist thots who secretly long to be dominated by Abdul. UMass Amherst/WCVB Poll: Fewer than half of Americans support goals of Black Lives Matter movement

AMHERST, Mass. — America is divided about whether to support the Black Lives Matter movement, according to the results of a new poll.

The UMass Amherst/WCVB Poll asked 1,000 people nationwide whether they support the goals of BLM and found that 48% expressed either some or strong support. Another 14% said they were neutral on the subject and 32% said they somewhat or strongly opposed the movement’s goals.

Among only those who voted for President Joe Biden in 2020, support for BLM swells to 84% while only 9% of Trump voters said the same. Of those who voted for the former Republican president, 73% said they oppose BLM’s goals.

The poll’s margin of error is 3.4%.

Pollsters also asked how individuals feel about BLM strategies and tactics. Overall, 40% said they somewhat or strongly support BLM strategies, 13% were neutral and 40% somewhat or strongly oppose. Similarly, they found less support among the supporters of both Biden and Trump.

This poll was conducted from April 21 through 23, just after the murder conviction of a former Minneapolis police officer in the death of George Floyd. While the poll found a majority, 70%, believe the verdict was justified it suggests that America was less united about the events that followed Floyd’s death in the summer of 2020.

When asked which words from a list described the events that swept the nation that summer, 67% selected the word “protest,” 60% selected “riot” and 56% selected “looting.”
