"The army has made contingency plans for the 'reappropriation of national territory', meaning to win back control of neighbourhoods where the population has become hostile to the security forces and where guns are easily obtainable."

Is this the start of a civil war? Do they really think that they can win back the control of Muslim neighbourhoods without killing lots of people? Good luck to them, but I fear this action is a little to late.
French intelligence fears Islamist 'missile strike on airliner' or 9/11-style attack

Army prepares for civil unrest as Islamist threat grows amid fears of September 11-style attack or missile strike on passenger airliner

French security forces are bracing for the eventuality of civil unrest and fear there could be a missile strike on a passenger airliner or a September 11-style attack, according to sources close to French intelligence.

“Airlines have been warned of a possible attack on a plane with an anti-tank missile,” a source told The Telegraph. “But pilots are unsure how to take evasive action.”

After Friday’s thwarted attempt to massacre passengers on an Amsterdam-Paris train and a series of terrorist attacks and attempted killings in France this year, President François Hollande warned the nation to prepare for more violence, considered inevitable as the Islamist threat grows.

The army has made contingency plans for the “reappropriation of national territory”, meaning to win back control of neighbourhoods where the population become hostile to the security forces and where guns are easily obtainable, according to the source.

“There are a lot of alienated and angry fourth-generation immigrant kids in the suburbs and the prospect of radicalisation is increasingly likely,” the source said.

“The idea that attacks like the one on the train are carried out by individuals acting on their own is not credible. We’re dealing with highly-organised networks of militant Islamists embarked on a campaign of violence and determined to intensify it.”

Kalashnikov automatic rifles -- used by the train gunman and Islamist terrorists who killed 17 people in Paris in January -- and anti-tank missiles are now obtainable in France. Many were smuggled in from the former Yugoslavia after the Balkan wars in the 1990s. More weapons have come in from Libya, the sources said, adding that organised crime and terrorist groups were working together to procure them.

“We don’t know what happened to the arms we (France) to Libyan rebels. It’s worrying,” the source said.

In the chaos following the fall of the Libyan dictator, Muammar Gaddafi, French officials described the north African country as an “open-air arms market”. In 2011, France admitted to sending “light weapons” to Libyan rebels in 2011, but French media reported that consignments of heavier arms, including European-made Milan anti-tank missiles were also sent.

There were fears that Isil, al-Qaeda and other Islamist groups were procuring heavy weapons from the stocks of Gaddafi’s former army, and that rebel groups were losing control of their own arms.

As early as 2010, an anti-tank missile was seized by police along with several tons of cannabis. Since then, an unknown number of rocket-propelled grenades and missiles are believed to have been smuggled into the country.

A missile attack could be devastating for an airliner, particularly if the plane was taking off and full of fuel. The main Paris airport at Roissy is near drug-infested suburbs of the capital prone to violence.

Agents of the DGSI, France’s equivalent of MI5, warned they are powerless to improve surveillance of Islamist militants bent on losing their lives to cause maximum carnage, and have been “lucky” to have avoided far worse catastrophes since the Paris Islamist attacks in January that killed 17, Le Canard Enchaîné, the investigative and satirical weekly, reported.

An agent told the newspaper there were fears of “an upcoming 11 September à la française where (intelligence) services are mere spectators”.

Luck rather than judgment had allayed larger-scale strikes, another is cited as saying.

“We’ve been lucky. Passengers in a train who neutralise a suspect, another who shoots himself in the foot then calls the emergency services, and a third who fails to blow up a chemical factory; without these fortuitous turns of events, the human and material toll would have been much higher. And we wouldn’t have been able to change a thing,” he told the weekly.

“The truth is we’ve already tried everything. But we’ve reached the very limits of what we are able to do as much from a legislative and organisational as a financial point of view.”

European transport ministers are due to discuss more “systematic and coordinated” security checks across the continent in a meeting in Paris on Saturday, Bernard Cazeneuve, the French interior minister announced on Wednesday.

"We must examine whether we can implement a system that allows for more systematic checks in airports, in public transport, in a more coordinated way," he told France Inter radio.

A mass brawl broke out under the Stalingrad Metro in the centre of Paris. Migrant mobs armed with planks of wood, metal bars began attacking each other . Locals from a building next door filmed the scary scenes from their flat.
Almost 1,000 migrants have arrived in the area in just over a month, many travelling from Calais having crossed the Mediterranean from Africa and the Middle East. The camp has been a home to people from countries as diverse as Eritrea, Sudan and Afghanistan.

To us it may seem unusual but it's quite normal behavior in their part of the world.

With migrants flooding Europe, this and much worse will also be "normal".

A soldier in eastern France has been attacked by an Arabic-speaking man wielding a box cutter, reports say.

The attack occurred on Saturday night near the central train station in Strasbourg, reported BFM TV.

At around 8pm, the man was reportedly walking in the same direction as some patrol troops when he turned around, sliced the face of one of the soldiers, then fled the scene.

The soldiers, who were patrolling the station as part of France’s heightened security measures following last year’s terror attacks, allowed the man to escape rather than risking the safety of the public or causing a stampede, they said.

The aggressor was reportedly speaking Arabic at the time, though did not say “Allahu Akbar” (God is greatest) as has been the case in previous random attacks on soldiers and police in France.

The soldier did not sustain serious injuries, the channel reported.

Ever since the terror attacks in Paris last January, France has seen armed soldiers patrolling the streets, especially in busy areas like train stations and tourist attractions.

Since then there have incidents where soldiers have been attacked, by individuals….

Authorities in France are probably searching for a motive, since they deny the obvious. The Islamic State issued this call in September 2014:

So O muwahhid, do not let this battle pass you by wherever you may be. You must strike the soldiers, patrons, and troops of the tawāghīt. Strike their police, security, and intelligence members, as well as their treacherous agents. Destroy their beds. Embitter their lives for them and busy them with themselves. If you can kill a disbelieving American or European — especially the spiteful and filthy French — or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever from the disbelievers waging war, including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be….If you are not able to find an IED or a bullet, then single out the disbelieving American, Frenchman, or any of their allies. Smash his head with a rock, or slaughter him with a knife, or run him over with your car, or throw him down from a high place, or choke him, or poison him….

Gang of migrants demanding ‘respect’ smash way into Paris school and refuse to leave

The 150 migrants have taken over the building of Jean-Jaures school since Friday as they seek shelter, electricity, gas and water.

Authorities have labelled the takeover of the school in Paris's 19th quarter a "savage occupation".

The chief constable of the area, Jean-François Carenco, has said: "In this country, it is the law that speaks and not force.

“They are attacking a building that is not empty but is having work done to it.

“It is a disgrace. France is a country of refuge, but not a chaotic country."

Authorities have asked migrants to leave the school, which needs to welcome students after it has been renovated.

Neighbours and the local authority are concerned that the illegal occupation could lead to a possible deterioration of the area and lead to social issues.

But an un-named migrant who spoke to FRANCE 24 said: "You have seen the conditions that we live, it isn't humane.

“We ask to be given a bit of consideration and respect, that is why we have decided to come to the school."

Around 1,000 migrants were evacuated from a makeshift camp underneath the train tracks by a Paris subway station, Stalingrad, at the end of March.

The migrants were then housed in emergency shelters allowing them to begin the asylum process.

A perfect example of the islamisation of France. The Jews leave France, and Muslims take over.
Change of faith: Marseille Synagogue bought at €400k, to be turned into mosque

Image

A synagogue in Marseille, a city in southern France city with a large Muslim population, was reportedly bought for nearly 400,000 euros by a Muslim association and will be transformed into mosque, local media report.

Thora synagogue on Saint Dominique Street was allegedly sold to the Al Badr Association a few months ago, Marseille-based Le province newspaper reported.

The association has already one mosque on this street. However, this mosque is reportedly always packed and the worshipers sometimes pray near-by, on the pavement. The synagogue, which has a capacity of about 250 believers, on the contrary, hosts less than 10 worshipers per service.

“It was an emblematic synagogue. But in this city, the Jews have moved... It's a sign of the times,” Michele Teboul, president of Crif Marseille-Provence, told the paper. “Marseille doesn’t lack synagogues.”

The new mosque may open in a few months, the paper added.
Zvi Ammar, President of the Marseille Israelite Consistory also viewed the changed positively.

“For the past 20 years or so we have seen the shift of the Jewish community to other neighborhoods,” he said. “We all have the same God, the main thing is for this to proceed in harmony,” he said.

Marseille is home to 220,000-250,000 Muslims (out of 850,000 residents) who mostly come from North Africa, Turkey and the Comoro Islands. According to international Open Society Foundations as of 2011, between 30 and 40 percent of Marseille’s population is Muslim.

Jewish population is significantly less in the city – about 70,000-80,000, according to official figures.

There were currently about 2,500 mosques in France with another 300 under construction, but the number falls short of what is needed, Dalil Boubakeur, rector of the Grand Mosque in Paris and the president of the French Council of Muslim Faith, told Europe 1 radio in 2015.

With roughly 5 million Muslims in France, at least 5,000 mosques are needed, he said, suggesting some abandoned Catholic churches may be into mosques.

However, still there are certain tensions between Muslims and Jews in the city. In January Ammar in Marseille urged Jews in the region to refrain from wearing traditional headwear “until better days.”

Not at all surprised. Jews if they can, leave Europe like they did in 1930s.
Those who cannot, or refuse to see the signs will fall afoul to the invaders.

So the empty Synagouges and churches left to the "true believers".

For now they can get money for the buildings, but will come the time when the invaders will take them by force. Or burn them down.
“For the past 20 years or so we have seen the shift of the Jewish community to other neighborhoods,” he said. “We all have the same God, the main thing is for this to proceed in harmony,” he said.
Yet another clueless idiot. He will learn the hard way, if at all.

Jungle in Paris: 2,500 Muslim migrants turn city gardens near Eurostar terminal into tented slum

Adorned with flower beds and picnic areas, the Jardins d’Eole near the Eurostar terminal in Paris is usually a tranquil retreat for weary travellers to take a breather.

But in just over a week, it has been transformed into a squalid camp for more than 2,500 mainly African and Asian migrants, many aiming to reach the UK.

The influx has turned the tree-lined park into a scene reminiscent of the early days of the notorious Jungle camp in Calais that grew to house 5,500 before it was torn down by the authorities earlier this year.

It comes after Paris’s socialist mayor Anne Hidalgo announced plans to build the first international refugee camp in the capital, a decision that is thought to have attracted many to the city.

Most in the current camp are young men, many using the rubbish-strewn shanty town as a base to plan their passage to Britain.

Almost all who spoke to the Daily Mail said they had entered Europe by paying smugglers to take them across the Mediterranean in fishing boats from northern Africa or Turkey. Once in Europe, they hitched lifts in lorries or took trains and buses to reach the French capital. They said they selected the Jardins d’Eole because it is close to Gare du Nord, where high-speed trains travel to and from London.

Trains also go to ports on the coast of Normandy and Brittany, where many will try to sneak on to lorries or find people smugglers to take them to Britain by boat.

Abdul Razaq, 25, from Kandahar in Afghanistan, paid a trafficker £300 for a place on a boat from Libya to Italy earlier this year.

Under the Dublin convention, migrants must apply for asylum in the first EU country they reach. But Mr Razaq, like many others, turned down food and shelter in Italy to avoid being registered there, choosing instead to head for Britain.

He said: ‘It is my dream to get to the UK. Everybody wants to go there. We have heard that the people are very welcoming.

‘I know that sometimes it is difficult to get past security, but I will do whatever it takes to get there. At home I learnt English so I could live in the UK. I want to study in England and become an engineer.’

Lawns and flower beds in the gardens have been turned into toilets and migrants wash at drinking fountains that were originally built for disabled visitors.

A charity has supplied hundreds of tents, which cover the park and the surrounding cycle lane. They are designed for two people, but six migrants sleep in each one.

By day, they queue in the street for meals handed out by charity workers. At night, there have been fights between drunk migrants from Sudan, Eritrea and Afghanistan over queue jumping and tent space.

The camp has already become a target for people traffickers offering passports for £2,000 to use on flights from Paris to London.

Jamshid Habibzada, 32, a father-of-two from Kabul, Afghanistan, said: ‘They sort everything out, including the documents. We just have to come up with the money.’

Tegani Ugomai, 25, from Darfur, Sudan, added: ‘We’ll be looked after here before our journeys to England, and have the option of moving into the new camp if we need to.’

The current camp already suffers from overcrowding, poor hygiene and the threat of disease. The planned new camp – which some officials fear will be a magnet for even greater numbers – is expected to be built later this summer.

France is in a state of emergency after November’s terrorist attack in which 130 people were murdered by Islamic State. Some had slept rough in Paris after travelling across Europe as refugees….

Waitress assaulted on French Riviera for 'serving alcohol' on first day of holy month of Ramadan.
http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/world/wai ... li=AAggv0m" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
A waitress in a cafe in central Nice has filed a police complaint after she was allegedly assaulted by two men because she refused to “stop serving alcohol” on the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.

The alleged beating in the French Riviera town historically famed for its sun, palm-fringed beach front and quality of life, has prompted a heated political debate over whether the country is increasingly becoming prey to “religious fundamentalism and ghettoised communities”.

The issue has become increasingly fraught less than a year before presidential elections and just six months after Islamist attacks in Paris killed 130.

The incident took place less than a week before football fans descend on the sun-kissed town for Sunday’s Euro 2016 football match between Poland and Northern Ireland.

The waitress, a French 30-year-old of Tunisian origin, said she was serving drinks at Monday lunch on the terrace of the Vitis Café on Nice’s rue Lamartine, near the rue d’Anglais, when two men started haranguing her, insulting the young woman because she was serving alcoholic beverages to customers.

“I was all alone in the bar when two passers-by suddenly appeared. They pointed to the bottles of alcohol behind the bar, then one of them told me in Arabic: ‘You should be ashamed of yourself serving alcohol in the Ramadan period.’

Ramadan traditionally begins the morning after the sighting of the crescent moon. Marking the divine revelation received by Prophet Mohammed, the month sees Muslim faithful abstain from eating, drinking, smoking and having sex from dawn to dusk.

They break the fast with a meal known as iftar and before dawn have a second opportunity to eat and drink during suhur. The month is followed by the Eid al-Fitr festival.

The waitress said one of the two men then shouted: “If I was God, I would have hung you.”

Unfazed by his threatening behaviour, the waitress shot back: “You’re not God to judge me.”

The men launched into a tirade, calling her a “dirty whore” and left the cafe in a hurry. A few seconds later, however, the venue's CCTV footage reportedly shows the two men turn round abruptly and one of them rush towards her and violently slap the waitress in the face, knocking her to the floor.

“The whole scene was recorded by the security cameras that I transferred to the police,” said the bar’s owner, Nacim.

In shock, the waitress didn’t phone the police straight away and instead contacted the owner.

He persuaded her to file a legal complaint for “voluntary violence”. The two men have reportedly been identified. One of them is known to be an illegal migrant who is a notoriously threatening figure in the district, but both are currently at large.

“I”m so scared. I find it hard to understand. Why did they insult me? Why this slap? I feel debased, humiliated, sullied. I don’t want other women to have be victims of such an attack,” said the young women, herself a Muslim who observes Ramadan.

“It’s not because I serve alcohol that I’m not fulfilling my (religious) duty,” she said. “I do it because I’m a waitress. In Tunisia, I did the same job and never had the slightest problem,” she told Nouvel Obs.

“I didn’t think that in France, country of liberty, I would have been assaulted like that.”

She said it was not the first time she had received threats and insults from the men, who had shouted at her three days previously.

Nor is this is the first time the district has seen such “religious” threats. In October 2014, three men, including the owner of a Halal store - since forcibly closed by police - threatened a baker who sold ham sandwiches, saying he wasn’t a “good Muslim”.

They were handed six months suspended sentences last year.

This latest incident sparked angry reactions from local Right and far-Right politicians who saw it as a sign the country’s fundamental values were being undermined.

Eric Ciotti, MP with the Republicans, Nicolas Sarkozy’s conservative party, said: “This attack should be placed in a national context that has seen a constant rise in religious fundamentalism and ghettoised communities."

“No act of this nature is anodyne," he went on. "Each attack like this strikes a severe blow against the values of the French Republic.”

Philippe Vardon, regional councillor with the far-Right Front National, said: “This situation comes from the weakness of our political leaders.”

He accused Christian Estrosi, mayor of Nice normally known for his tough law-and-order stance, of “becoming embroiled in unacceptable and dangerous compromises”, without elaborating further.

“France is sliding into obscurantism,” added Florian Philippot, FN number two.

FN leader Marine Le Pen, who commands high scores in southern France, and is polled to reach the second round or presidential elections next year, has repeatedly claimed that France is becoming prey to “creeping Islamisation”.

But the hard-Right are not the only ones to hold such an alarmist discourse.

In April, Manuel Valls, the Socialist prime minister, warned that Islamic extremism was "winning the ideological and cultural battle" in France, home of Europe's biggest Muslim population – around six million.

"The Salafists must represent one percent of the Muslims in our country today, but their message - their messages on social networks - is the only one we end up hearing," he said.

Moderate Muslim representatives expressed exasperation, with Abdallah Zekri, member of the French Council of the Muslim Faith, saying: “We’re fed up of being stigmatised ... [and] of this populist discourse which is worse than the far-Right."

France has clamped down on extremism since a jihadist attack on the Charlie Hebdo magazine and a Jewish supermarket in January 2015 and after Isil gunmen and suicide bombers massacred 130 people in Paris in November.

The country has been in a state of emergency ever since and dozens of suspected Islamists have been placed under house arrest.

Fears the country could be targeted during Euro 2016, which kicks off on Friday, have seen the government massively boost security at all stadiums and fan zones.

Last month, a message purporting to come from the spokesman of Isil called on followers to launch attacks on the United States and Europe during Ramadan, calling it “the month of conquest and jihad”.

“Get prepared, be ready ... to make it a month of calamity everywhere for the non-believers ... especially for the fighters and supporters of the caliphate in Europe and America," said the message, suggesting attacks on military and civilian targets.

Yet so far, the worst immediate threat came from an "immigrant-hating" far-Right Frenchman arrested in Ukraine with a "vast arsenal" of weapons and explosives that police said he intended to use on Muslim and Jewish places of worship.

Explosives 'found at home' of radicalized Paris cab driver

Police interrogated the man at his home in the south eastern suburbs of Paris on Sunday night over a burglary case, reported Europe 1 on Tuesday.

It's understood that the 23-year-old had at least once returned to the empty home of one of his taxi customers to rob it after dropping them at the airport.

The suspect was already known to French intelligence services, and had a so-called "fiche S" (which are given to people considered a specific threat to security and includes those who have been radicalized).

When officers searched the man's home, the case took a worrying turn when they reportedly found two sticks of dynamite, detonators, and detonating cables.

These devices were understood to be fully operational. They were also stored dangerously, considering the heat, meaning that they could potentially have exploded unintentionally.

Police also found a picture of an Isis flag on the man's cell phone, as well as someone else's identity card that is understood to have been stolen last week.

The man has been taken into police custody.

The arrest comes just days after another suspected radicalized Islamist crashed a truck into a crowd of Bastille Day revellers in Nice, killing 84.

France is now seeking to extend its national state of emergency for another three months, after it was set to end in late July. The state of emergency kicked in after the November 13th terror attacks last year, which saw 130 people killed in Paris.

An eye for an eye is one thing. But a punctured lung and more for a mere scratch? And the kind of scratch used for an itch, not one inflicted by something sharp? And the scratch self inflicted on the supposed initiator of the exchange? Only Islam could come up with such a scenario.
Moroccan-born man who stabbed a French mother and her three young daughters at an Alpine holiday village said he had been offended after the father "scratched his inner thigh" in the presence of his wife, according to the prosecutor.

He also reportedly shouted "Allahu Akbar" (God is great) three times when questioned after Tuesday's attack.

The 37-year old was arrested at the Alpine resort of Garde-Colombe, near Laragne, in southern France.

The youngest girl, aged 8, was rushed to hospital in Grenoble with a punctured lung. Her mother, 46, and sisters aged 12 and 14, were being treated at the hospital in Gap, closer to the scene of the attack. Their injuries were serious but not life-threatening.

Shortly after the attack, one witness said he had shouted that the woman and girls were "too scantily dressed" but Raphael Balland, the Gap prosecutor, said there was no evidence of this.

However, he added that the man told him he had carried out the violent assault after he had been offended about an "inappropriate gesture".

"The husband, and father, of the victims, confirms he crossed the suspect while he was leaving the premises after the attack. The suspect allegedly then told him: 'You shouldn't have done that in front of my wife', then scratching the inside of his thigh over his shorts," said the prosecutor.

"The husband doesn't remember doing such a gesture," he said, adding that it was "hard to comprehend that such a gesture could have sparked such a serious attack from a person in full mental health or devoid of any ideological intent".

BREAKING: Jewish rabbi stabbed by attacker shouting 'Allah Akbar' in France

A JEWISH rabbi has been stabbed by an attacker shouting "Allah Akbar" in the French city of Strasbourg, sparking fears of another Islamist-inspired terror attack.

The attacker, who is understood to have been arrested, shouted the Islamic phrase meaning God is great during the attack, according to reports in French media.

The victim, who is described as belonging to the orthodox Hasidic sect, was injured in the attack.

The incident on Friday morning is the latest in a string of relgiously-motivated attacks on French soil.

Initial reports said the perpetrator was suffering from psychological problems. ( Of course :sly: )

Strasbourg, a major city in north-east France close to the German border, is one of the seats of the European Parliament.

It is home to a large community of Jews, with around 15,000 living in or near the city, accounting for around five per cent of the population.

France has been high alert for Islamist-inspired attacks on religious sites after the murder of a Catholic priest in Normandy.

In that incident two ISIS extremists shouted "Allah Akbar" before slitting the victim's throat in front of terrified parishioners.

but the heart of the fool to the left.

Very particular of the Distress, pointing out that he was a Jewish rabbi. Are other rabbis safe then?
