Why Syrian militias kill Sunni kids

Postby marduk » Fri Jun 29, 2012 12:20 pm

As Syria descends into civil war, Abu Jaafar said he is ready to kill women and children to defend his friends, family and president.

“Sunni women are giving birth to babies who will fight us in years to come, so we have the right to fight anyone who can hurt us in the future,” said the Allawite militiaman, a member of the ancient offshoot of Shiite Islam to which Syrian President Bashar Assad and the powerbase of his regime belong...

...“If I get a call from my boss then my whole day is changed,” he said. “When I leave the house, I don’t know when I will be back.”

Packing up the Kalashnikovs, pistols, machine guns and grenades he said were given to him “by the government,” Jaafar joins his gang of 100 shabiha —named either for the Arabic word for ghosts or the old Mercedes Shahab popular for its smuggling-sized trunk — and sets off to crush Sunni Muslim protesters.

In an interview in Lattakia, Jaafar gave a frank and unique insight into the violent, disturbed world of the shabiha, a group that suffers from a dangerous cocktail of religious indoctrination, minority paranoia and smuggler roots.

The massacres in northern Syria, which UN officials, eyewitnesses and Human Rights Watch all concluded were perpetrated mainly by shabiha triggered a wave of international revulsion, with many analysts describing militia as a “Frankenstein” now beyond the control of the president. The regime blamed both massacres on foreign terrorists.

“The regime has been spawning militias, as deep down it is a militia pretending to be a state,” said a leading Syria analyst based in Damascus, who asked for anonymity to speak freely. “The Frankenstein is now completely out of control.”

Absolutely true. Only the Russians, who support the existing government, seem to be smart enough to see that.

In the case of Egypt and Libya, western governments were too dumb to see that. But the number one morons in the west have to be our purblind media. I have not seen a single word uttered by them that would indicate that they understand the distinction.

As far as sunni kids being killed, if the shoe were on the other foot, sunni militia would be killing shia kids. There is nothing new here. Shias and sunnis always have killed, and will always kill, each other. All of this is because their "all-knowing" bitch boy allah failed to reveal a "succession plan" to the prophet. Good grief, even most infidels know that they should write a last will and testament. Of course, we should realize that the man whore prophet was not able to write.
The prophet of Islam was nothing more than a common criminal.

Please tell me if this is accurate:

“I have fabricated things against God and have imputed to Him words which He has not spoken.”

Muhammad just didn't care what happened to Muslims after he was dead. Islam had been created for his benefit only, otherwise the Quran would have been completed in a few months. Why keep mankind waiting for valuable information from Allah? The Quran was Muhammad's ongoing meal ticket. The mere fact that there was no "The End" in the Quran or any particular order to the suras proves that the Quran was merely part of Muhammad's scheme. He would have kept it going for another 20 years if he had lived that long.

Who would have needed Muhammad after the Quran was completed? That was supposedly his only mission, to bring the Quran to the Arabs to get them to stop the idol worship. If the Quran had been completed people would have said "why are you still telling us new stuff, Muhammad, did Allah forget something in the Quran, you know, the perfect book from the perfect deity?" So he had to keep it going and stretch it out as long as possible so he wouldn't become obsolete and lose his ability to get new chicks because Allah said so.

The middle east is stable, only because of the western powers who intervene there from time to time to stabilize the oil producing region.if they are left alone a complete blood bath would ensue.Iran got its own agenda and also want mecca to be in its control. We all knew what would have Saddam done if US didnt intervene after his kuvait invasion, next on the list was saudi arabia. It would be more or less like a theatre of tribal warfare raging for centuries, slaughtering each other.

Good article. Here's how naive Washington is;

The closest the US has come to acknowledging Russia's fear of an Islamist regime in Syria and America's own apparent tolerance for it came from a cryptic remark by Clinton in the UN Security Council chamber last March with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov sitting across from her.

“I know there are those who question whether Islamist politics can really be compatible with … democratic and universal principles and rights,” Clinton said. “Our policy is to focus less on what parties call themselves than on what they choose to do.”

Good policy, let Islamists get into power and just hope they don't actually follow their own beliefs and announced goals and instead act like normal people. That always turns out well. Look at what America's meddling in the Russia/Afghanistan war brought about, an Islamist Afghanistan in which terrorists were trained and then went to New York and killed a few thousand Americans. Then America had to bankrupt itself to look like they were doing something about the mess they caused, when in fact there was nothing they could do. Their own idiocy got Americans killed and then bankrupted the nation. Who should you blame 9/11 on? That's right, Jimmy Carter. That's who the SEALS should have executed for 9/11. OBL just took advantage of the opportunities Jimmy Carter had given them. If it wasn't OBL it would have been another Muslim terrorist leader.
