I stumbled across this short clip on the BBC web site - there's no indication as to whether it's part of a programme, so it's probably news.

A number of women have taken to social media to say they've been sexually assaulted during the Hajj pilgrimage.
It seems to be common enough to have merited a Twitter hashtag, though unsurprisingly not a Twitterstorm.

It is interesting. In all other places - there are strict segregations between the sexes - except during the Haj and around the Ka'aba.

I guess Muhammad's message was - grope them where Allah can see you and bless you for it. :lotpot:
