The Michael Mannheimer case - my email to the German court

As I mention in the Action forum, Michael is about to go on trial for doing nothing more than telling the truth about Islam.

I have sent an email to the court voicing my disappointment and anger at this.
The email is reproduced below -

I am writing to voice my great disappointment and anger at the court action being taken against Michael Mannheimer.

This is a brave and courageous man who has done (and is doing) nothing more than telling the plain, warts-and-all TRUTH about Islam. This man is putting himself on the line for the country of Germany, defending it, so it is very disappointing that he now has to defend himself as well.

Freedom of speech is now dead in Europe and the United Kingdom (and is in grave danger in the rest of the West).
In barely more than sixty years after the Second World War, the rise of "political correctness" in the West has seen people like Michael muzzled, simply because (to use an old saying) "the truth hurts". So what? The truth is the truth nonetheless!
Since when was it necessary to censor the truth?

There was (not long ago) a scandal involving sexual abuse by priests in the Catholic church. Does the "politically correct" climate and "fear of offending someone" now mean that we must not speak out and criticise such things, lest the priests and/or Catholics be "offended"? Surely not, and the same is true of Islam.

The bottom line: freedom of speech means the freedom to tell the truth - even if said truth may offend a person or groups of people.

Now - in order to support Michael, it is necessary for me to PROVE that what he is saying is true. This means that I will delve into a few quotes from people and from the Quran itself.

First, I present this quote -
"Islam teaches tolerance, not hatred; universal brotherhood, not enmity; peace, and not violence."

This is not true, and I will prove that it is not true.

What Mr Musharraf is doing here is an excellent example of "taqiyya" - lying. You may not know this, but lying is not only allowed in Islam - it is encouraged.

A few examples of these violent verses - there are many more -

Quran (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"


The above verses are straight from the Quran. They are PROOF that Mr Musharraf was lying.

Now - when you show these verses to a Muslim, they will often respond by showing a number of peaceful-looking verses from the Quran. His or her doing this will convince many people of the "peaceful Quran" or "peaceful Islam", but to understand why this is not true, I must mention "abrogation".

Abrogation is when a particular verse in the Quran replaces (supercedes) another verse, making the original verse obsolete.
This happens when two verses contradict each other. When this happens, the LATER verse "abrogates" the earlier one.

Why does this matter? Allow me to explain.

If you study the history of Islam and the Quran, you will find that there is a great contrast in the nature of the Quranic verses set in Muhammad's time in Mecca, versus those set later on when he went to Medina. The early verses, set around the time when Muhammad still had little power, are (by and large) either neutral or not particularly hateful or violent. However - after Muhammad moves to Medina, the character of the verses changes markedly, and this is where we see verses like the ones shown above.

Remember - abrogation means that earlier (more "peaceful-sounding") verses are replaced with later (more violent) ones.

THIS is why abrogation matters. The "peaceful-looking" verses that you will be shown will almost certainly be abrogated ones - verses that are obsolete - and if you ask whether they are, the person concerned will almost certainly lie. This is taqiyya coming into the picture again. When it comes to protecting the "image" of Islam, anything goes - even lying - and this is particularly the case when non-Muslims are involved.

Given what I have shown you, I think it is fair to say that the West should be VERY worried when even a former president like Mr Musharraf can be shown to be telling lies about the real nature of Islam.

I have shown that Michael speaks the truth about Islam. I have shown verses from the Quran which back up what he says.

Islam contains a large amount of intense venemous hatred for non-muslims. Quran and Hadith are filled with this hatred, which has always been easily tranformed into physical violence since the creation of Islam. It is NOT Michael (and the brave people like him) who are evil. It is the ideology that he is warning you about. The violent and hateful ideology of Islam. It is THAT which should not be tolerated.

Let's take a look at the German law code (Strafgesetzbuch). Here's the blasphemy law.

§ 166 StGB
Criminal Code of Germany
Insult of Religious Denominations, Religious Communities and Ideological Communities

Any person who insults, publicly or by distribution of written material (§ 11 Abs. 3), the tenets of the religious or ideological denomination of other persons in such a way as to disturb the public peace is liable to punishment by imprisonment for up to three years or by a fine.
Any person who insults, publicly or by distribution of written material (§ 11 Abs. 3), a church or other religious or ideological community existing in the nation, their institutions or customs in such a way as to disturb the public peace is liable to similar punishment.

Well, the court ruling and the above law describes the Quran and also pretty much every speech ever made by any Imam in any mosque. Distributing Qurans would be a violation, since it insults the religion of idol worship and also Christianity by claiming that the crucifixion is a lie and that Jesus is not God's son, which are the two central tenets of Christianity. The Quran therefore states that the entire Christian religion is a lie. So when is Germany going to prosecute every person who distributes or reads aloud the Quran?

Here are other German laws which make Islam illegal, bringing it to 4 sections of the German law code being violated by the Quran.

§ 130: Incitement to hatred
Main article: hate speech

Section 130 makes it a crime to:

incite hatred against segments of the population or call for violent or arbitrary measures against them in a manner capable of disturbing the peace
to insult, maliciously malign, or defame segments of the population in a manner capable of disturbing the peace
disseminate, publicly make accessible, produce, obtain, supply, stock, offer, announce, commend, undertakes to import or export, or facilitate such use by another of written materials that assaults the human dignity of others by insulting, maliciously maligning or defaming segments of the population or a previously indicated group
approve of, deny or downplay an act committed under the rule of National Socialism in a manner capable of disturbing the peace

Obviously applies to the Quran's incitement of hatred against unbelievers.

§ 131: Representation of violence

Outlaws the dissemination or public display of media "which describe cruel or otherwise inhuman acts of violence against human beings in a manner which expresses a glorification or rendering harmless of such acts of violence or which represents the cruel or inhuman aspects of the event in a manner which injures human dignity".[1]

This section was used as the legal basis for confiscating horror movies and a few video games such as Mortal Kombat, Manhunt and Condemned.

Quran says that war is good for you and killing unbelievers is a good thing.

§ 140: Rewarding and approving crimes

Outlaws rewarding or approving of crimes "publicly, in a meeting or through dissemination of writings […], and in a manner that is capable of disturbing the public peace".[2] This only applies to crimes where failure to report is an offense (§ 138), among them preparation of a war of aggression (§ 80), murder, robbery, treason, and counterfeiting money.

Obviously applies to the Quran in general.

Write them an email asking them when they intend to prosecute Muslims for those violations. Someone in Germany should also start a Church of Allah and his 3 daughters (thus making you guilty of assigning partners to Alah, or whatever wording you want to use) and then lay charges against Islam for insulting their religion and inciting violence against them with the Quran. They don't give those who worship idols along with Allah the option of paying Jizyah. If a person isn't a Jew, Christian or Sabean he must either accept Islam or be killed. There are no other choices. They would simply need to make public protests against the Quran, thereby showing that the Quran "disturbing the public peace" by making idol worshipers so outraged that they need to protest and possibly even riot. Muslims are using western laws against the unbelievers, why are the unbelievers not using their own laws against Muslims? Germany has such laws that they could easily be used to make big trouble for Muslim immigrants. Germans are just too stupid to use them.
