I think having a new sub-forum called the "Critics Corner" or something similar, would be a good idea. It could be a place where people who need help and support in a debate can feel safe asking for help, knowing that their threads won't be hijacked by Muslim members. It can also be a place to discuss Muslim "refutations" of critics and other claims made by them without it being purposefully sidetracked. I know I read at least one post from a long-time member of FFI who said they stopped posting regularly because of this. I also notice threads start off very informative but degenerate into generic exchanges of blocks of texts. The Muslim/ex-Muslim only section is also restricted to certain groups, so it wouldn’t be a first for FFI. Any thoughts?
I guess that is up to forummers. I know there are plenty of threads created that are perfect for it. There are always members joining the forum to ask for help in debates or to find a certain hadith or Qur'an verse. It makes sense to move them all into one place rather than have them scattered throughout the forum. Threads like these ones are also perfect: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13216viewtopic.php?f=26&t=13951
