How to improve the site:

Stop tinkering with it. This site is down more often than not. it has gone on for months now.
Leave the *&%$£* thing alone for goodness sake. :x

Very frustrating PR. Yesterday I have send some mail to our webmaster, but I do not get a response back. Only that it has something to do with a SQL error. ( If we can't see for ourselves. )

I have send him another mail.

Apparently there has been some redesigning of the main site, and it is not working quite right... I agree it would be best to just leave it. It looked fine at the initial testing stage, but something seems to have gone wrong in the setting up.

I am wondering if we should have a new forum on a separate server... Any votes on that?

I have a domain and server space, if it is needed.

As long as it works, I am all for it.
I suppose that all this can be transferred to a new server?
But what about the cost? Hardware? Maintenance? A webmaster?

This must be the worst maintained(!?) website ever. :thumbdown:

We don't want a better forum. We want a functional one that doesn't crash every day several times. Is that so hard to do?

:lol2: I can't disagree with you PR. It is terrible. The site is working very bad today. So frustrating.

I have send 2 mails to our dear webmaster today, but no response back.

We suffered a massive Doss attack those last few weeks, but it seems the webmaster has things under control now.
I hope the site and forum shall work like a dream from now on. Fingers crossed.
