Sahih Bukhari, Book 73 - Good Manners And Form (Al Adab), Hadith Number 224 Allah's Apostle said, "The most awful name in Allah's sight on the Day of Resurrection, will be (that of) a man calling himself Malik Al-Amlak (the king of kings)."
Bible 1 Timothy 6:14-15 14 to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
Bible Revelation 17:14 14 They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”
Bible Revelation 19:16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.
Bible Revelation 20:10 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Allah describe himself as the best deceiver in Quran 3:54, Quran 7:99, Quran 8:30, Quran 10:21 and Quran 13:42
Bible Luke 23:3 So Pilate asked Jesus, "Are you the king of the Jews?" "You have said so," Jesus replied.
Bible John 18:36 Jesus answered, "My Kingdom is not an earthly kingdom. If it were, my followers would fight to keep me from being handed over to the Jewish leaders. But my Kingdom is not of this world."
I think that a Muslim's explanation would be: the God of the Bible and the Quran are the same God. The king of kings is Allah (God). So any human that calls himself king of kings (calls himself God) has blasphemed.
