You need to show that this text talks about plastic surgery, AT THE TIME. All sorts of things alter God's creation: building a house, mining for coal, wearing cloths, .... flying a plane into a building...

In fact anything that effects any change at all can be argued to be a change in creation.

So, in saying that quran talks about cosmetic surgery in that particualr verse, you are in fact altering the quran by associating a meaning the text does not mention. Is a Muslim allowed to do that?

These verses are about judgement day and what Allah will do. The surah is called THE OVERTHROWING this surely should make it obvious. As Allah will make this happen.
It has nothing at all to do with zoos and dynamite!!!
