 Narrated Abu Juhaifa: Allah's Apostle came to us at noon and water for ablution was brought to him. After he had performed ablution, the remaining water was taken by the people and they started smearing their bodies with it (as a blessed thing). The Prophet offered two Rakat of the Zuhr prayer and then two Rakat of the 'Asr prayer while an 'Anza (spear-headed stick) was there (as a Sutra) in front of him. Abu Musa said: The Prophet asked for a tumbler containing water and washed both his hands and face in it and then threw a mouthful of water in the tumbler and said to both of us (Abu Musa and Bilal), "Drink from the tumbler and pour some of its water on your faces and chests."

 Narrated Ibn Shihab: Mahmud bin Ar-Rabi' who was the person on whose face the Prophet had ejected a mouthful of water from his family's well while he was a boy, and 'Urwa (on the authority of Al-Miswar and others) who testified each other, said, "Whenever the Prophet , performed ablution, his companions were nearly fighting for the remains of the water."

Looks like idolatry. A very unhygienic one at that.
Muhammad is still an idol today. And the Kaaba with the black stone. And Allah, the pagan stone idol.

So what has changed from the pre-Islamic pagan days?

According to one hadith, muslimahs of Mohemmed's time used to collect sweat or perspiration of Mohemmed . They used to mix it with perefume.. They claimed that sweat was good ingradient to enhance fragrence. I will appreciate if some one dig up this hadith.

When he insisted making his nocturnal round to his wives, some of the wives sent messagees that they were busy praying and cant allow the visit. One of his wives always in state of prayers although Mo badly wanted to vist her. Only Ayesha used to welcome him all the time.

Anas said, "Um Sulaim used to spread a leather sheet for the Prophet and he used to take a midday nap on that leather sheet at her home." Anas added, "When the Prophet had slept, she would take some of his sweat and hair and collect it (the sweat) in a bottle and then mix it with Suk (a kind of perfume) while he was still sleeping. "When the death of Anas bin Malik approached, he advised that some of that Suk be mixed with his Hanut (perfume for embalming the dead body), and it was mixed with his Hanut

Looks like they could have branded it as after shave lotion calling it " Mohemmed's Old Spice" .

It's a shame Allah hadn't shown the Arabs how to make rubber - it would have been far better than leather sheets! More versatile, too.

Dumb question, and not trying to defend anything here...but how is ablution water "poop water"? The water from ablution is from the face, hands, head, and feet.

Still quite gross, but poop water? Maybe I'm missing something in the Hadith (certainly wouldn't be the first time).

Why don't the Muslims also take an enema to ablute their asses? They are praying to Allah with poop in their bums. That is so offensive to Allah.
