When I started questioning Christianity in my teens, I just lost faith in God altogether and I was an atheist for many years. Islam made me believe in God again and in his messenger, then I started questioning Islam and lost faith in the messenger but not in God, entirely... Now I believe there's some intelligent greater power, and we can get closer to it when we appreciate the beauty of this world or reflect on nature or meditate, but I can't ever define God and I don't see the sense in praying to him in the style of the Abrahamic faiths... a friend told me this makes me a Deist![]()
Thanks, it's good to be here.
