I would like to say that I finished reading the book, "Why I am Not a Muslim," by Ibn Warraq, and I am currently reading the book by the namesake author, "Understanding Muhammad: A psychobiography." I would also like to say that the reason I am here is to figure out how to stop Islam, period. I only have interest in it to figure out how to stop it, as I am Sanātani (Hindu), and I see what is happening around the world, especially in India.
The latter book is making very clear to me that people are followers of various religions because they don't realize that what they are following are products of brain malfunctions and seizures. I grew up and lived the majority of my life as an Ancient (hence the Ancient in my name). Ancient means what a person living in western Europe 20-30k years ago probably would have experienced life, if you believe in the linear progression of humanity (I don't, but I'm just giving an example); the lack of language, social norms, and religion. Just imagine; you just sit around the fire with people, looking at each other, showing each other things you found that day, smiling, acting out some kind of a game or something. This is how I lived, only in a modern setting in the 60s and 70s until I was diagnosed to be deaf at seven and a half years old, after I had already failed first grade and was put in a school for children with developmental disabilities. Because I didn't have language imprinted on me until afterwards, I can remember clearly what it was like to connect seamlessly with the world around me, and I still do it today. I had always seen ONLY what exists in this material world, with a vague sense that there is something beyond this world. In the past two years, I've been connecting Ancient upwards into Hinduism, the only direction it seems to be able to move up to, and I tend towards jñāna yoga, or yoga of knowledge, and I have a hard time with bhakti yoga, or yoga of worship, because to do so feels like I'm worshiping myself. Why?? Why do that?
As I am still reading the Psychobiography, I haven't yet seen just exactly how to break people from the mindless following of Abrahamic religions, because if it doesn't stop, Abrahamism will turn this planet into another Mars (we have yet to find out just what happened over there, and I'd rather not find out the hard way).
Welcome to the forum! Hope you stay here and contribute.
Abrahamic religions do contain violence but not all religions are as dangerous as islam. The first thing is - violence in other religions has become irrelevant because their followers are mature enough to NOT disturb the peace in the world. Secondly, as far as I know, other religions do not claim that the examples of violence are for all times. One might however argue - How can anyone believe in a religion whose prophets resort to violence granted it does not say that this is an example for everyone to emulate?. That's a fair question but again it's just a matter of debate and not of relevance to the problem i.e. terrorism. I therefore occasionally discuss other religions just for the sake of debate.
I think critics of religion often forget that NOT everything religion says is bad. To be honest, you wont find a single book or a person who is ALL EVIL or ALL GOOD. Therefore it ultimately boils down to using your rationale. You can pick the good bits using your rationale and ignore the rest but for the sake of honesty admit that the bits you choose to ignore are really bad and not worth your time. I consider myself an atheist and whatever morale I have is due to cherry picking from various sources instead of focusing on any single one.
Look around yourself and you'll find people with virtues are never required to demand respect since they automatically earn it. It is only those that are devoid of any virtues need to threaten and bully to gain respect. Needless to say that quran cannot be from God.
Welcome to the forum. You can't go wrong with Ibn Warraq's books, and he still writing, there was one published this year.
I imagine being deaf made it an extra hurdle for you to jump over, as you had to learn to communicate with the world, and learn what everything means. I suspect a blind person has the same problem, except they can speak and hear, but not read or write without someone coming up with a new way (eg. braille).

Thank you. Being deaf or blind comes with completely different problems. There is extreme costs associated with each disability.
Deafness. You may not be able to hear, but still be able to do everything for yourself, including driving, building a house, taking care of a property, participate in predominantly visual activities, etc. HOWEVER, the big cost is being able to interact seamlessly with the rest of the world. As soon as they find out your deaf, you're no longer "one of us." It can impact your life in many ways at the social level, especially. Me, I never married nor had children, as I simply didn't have the skills to make it happen in typical American culture.
Blindness. You may not be able to see and be very dependent on some things, such as long distance traveling (across the city), building things like houses, structures, etc., BUT you still have intact the ability to interact with people smoothly and fully.
A lot of times, deaf people tend to marry each other, especially if they are Deaf (with a big "D," signifying the Deaf community), and sometimes you see them marry someone from outside the community. When I step into a restaurant or a public place with a lot of people talking, I have just transported myself 5800 miles to Russia in just one step; they might as well all be speaking Russian. I do not function AT ALL in group settings, unless they are talking one at a time, and nobody does that naturally. And they cannot possibly remember to follow Robert's Rules of Order without slipping back into natural flowing around the room of conversation. I know from 40 years of experience. The difference between myself and a blind person is that I find myself as a very smart, intelligent cave woman living within modern Western civilization. Socially, I can often feel out of place just because my experience is so different, and I see things that people don't. I'm an outsider in my own culture. While I'm in the welcoming stage, is it possible to upload an avatar file? I see no place in that section of the user panel to allow for that, only a link to an image located on some web page out there.
I have a special fondness for the people of India (not the Muslims but the others...). India has suffered *massively* due to Islam. My pick of the most evil person to have ever lived - it's a toss-up between Mohammad or Timur (Timurlane). Timur's armies *slaughtered* their way across India - all in the name of their pedophile fake "prophet" (piss be upon him).
I don't see any other way but full-on war to destroy Islam. I am desperately hoping for war in Europe against the Muslims there. That is the only way that the native Europeans can survive. - enceladus

Well if you haven't seen Ross Kemp on Gangs in India, i recommend you all watch it.
Its quite thick coming from an Indian that islam is major problem there are globally, when there are 300,000 child beggars in india, and 40,000 plus children are abducted annually.
Ross Kemp goes face to face with some child traffickers, and follows a case where a 3yr old was abducted, he interviews other children who say they were abducted from the age of 3-4, and trafficked for sexual purposes.
the abductors basically like going for children and raise them for the sex trade after drugging them because its easier to control them when they grow up in that life.
he speaks to a trafficker who admits to killing and burying hundreds of children, and the traffickers states they target muslim children, because they're prettier, and less likely to get a response from police/locals.
The human trafficking situation in india is far worse that anywhere else in the world, and if all the (rich indians) who waste their time talking farts on the internet about muslims did something about the violation of childrens and womens rights in india, then they might get somewhere in solving the problem.
Remind me the religion of those rapists that caused an international outcry recently...,mr Singh, was he muslim?
