Re: PRESIDENT TRUMP

Well, it would be embarrassing if she actually had gone through with it. She did ban Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller though, some years back, remember? And neither of them ever suggested anything like a ban of Muslims, as far as I know.... There is something I am confused about....if you look at t...

Re: PRESIDENT TRUMP

Congratulations America. We still must pray for president Trump. The clean up process of 8 long years of corruption, treason, hate and division need very hard work, which is not strange for our president Trump. Now, I can say president with pride. WOW. This is fantastic news. Honestly I did not exp...

Re: Error Free Quran

Dear friends, in my view there are no errors in the text of the quran as far as I know. I have been studying the text of the quran for years. Before anyone could claim there are any concrete errors in the quran one has to know the actual message of the quran. To know the actual message of the quran...

Re: Why No Christians Care about This Compilation Error

When Ibrahim binded his only beloved son and raised his hand with the knife he was stopped from going further 37:105"you have made the vision true..Most surely this is a manifest trial". This shows that Ibrahim's vision was that he was GOING to sacrifice his son and not that he had sacrificed him. ...

Re: How a Mohammad statue ended up at the Supreme Court

The United States Supreme Court honors Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, as a source of law and justice alongside Moses, Solomon, and Confucius. He is depicted in the Courtroom Frieze among the great law-givers of mankind. http://islamgreatreligion.wordpress.com/2012/09/25/prophet-muhammad-pbuh...

manfred: Thanks manfred for your input, which is as always most welcome and valuable. As to whether any Muslim will care to add his response, remains to be seen :lotpot: The reason i am laughing is because i went through this with my little sidekick mono- and he came up rather desperate. Re: Who is Uzair mentioned in Quran 9.30

Christians are condemned for their deviations in many Meccan and Medinan verses prior to this, the Jews even more so, there was no need to re-state this condemnation to oppose the Muslims further against them if that was the purpose of 9:30 as you say. Its also funny how you state the verse came af...

Re: Changing of the Qiblah

These are pre-islamic Arab records transmitted by later Muslim Arabs. You want to claim tampering, surely with all the literature available, from the embellishments to the worst calumnies surrounding the early days of Islam, you will surely find at least one Arab rejecting his people's ancestral or...

Re: Changing of the Qiblah

Its not only Ummayah, there is also Jiran al-'Awd among other pre-islamic poets you will be left to make your own reasearch about. As for Umayyah, he was an early hanif who according to tradition did not become Muslim out of pride although he did admit he was not the foretold Arab prophet of past s...

Re: Who is Uzair mentioned in Quran 9.30

I would also like to point out that If the quran was clear and pristine it would have said something along the lines of a PARTY OF JEWS believed uzair is the son of god- the quran does this in 2:75-77 refering to some jews changing mos message. Also, it could have used the phrase "allatheena hadoo" ...

Re: Who is Uzair mentioned in Quran 9.30

@kai Thank you for reminding me of that... I am sure I read that somewhere before, but I completely forgot. Yes, that is exactly right. It seems even Muslims translators tried to get out of a sticky situation by massaging the text... As always, when a Muslim does not like what the Qur'an says, he c...

Re: Who is Uzair mentioned in Quran 9.30

Hi frankie and manfred- I noticed that you use yusuf alis translation of 9 :30 The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how th...

Hi mono Narrated Ubaidullah: "Ibn 'Abbas said, "Why do you ask the people of the scripture about anything while your Book (Quran) which has been revealed to Allah's Apostle is newer and the latest? You read it pure, undistorted and unchanged, and Allah has told you that the people of the scripture (...
